Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Prince Edward Island rose in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the fourth quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 503 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, accelerating 23.9% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 44.6% in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Annually, residential property sales numbered 2,028 units in all of 2024. This was up 8.7% compared to the 1,866 units recorded in 2023.
