Residential sales activity in Prince Edward Island rose in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 624 units in the third quarter of 2024, up 7.8% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 5.3% in the third quarter of 2024.
