Residential sales activity in Prince Edward Island slowed in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 568 units in the third quarter of 2026, down 7% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales slowed 0.3% in the third quarter of 2026.
