Residential sales activity in Prince Edward Island rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 363 units in the first quarter of 2024, accelerating 13.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 9.9% in the first quarter of 2024.
