Residential sales activity in Prince Edward Island slowed in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 573 units in the second quarter of 2026, down 10% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales slowed 13.5% in the second quarter of 2026.
