Single detached home sales numbered 1,601 units in the third quarter of 2024, an increase of 15.2% compared to the same quarter in 2023.


Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 1,065 units in the third quarter of 2024, an increase of 12% compared to the same quarter in 2023.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 493 units in the third quarter of 2024, up 14 sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.
