Residential property sales numbered 2,213 units in the first quarter of 2026, edging down only 3.3% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
Sales slowed 6.2% for single detached homes, were up 3.6% for townhouse and row units, and were down 21.7% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
