Residential sales activity in Ottawa rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 3,082 units in the first quarter of 2024, accelerating 15% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 14.5% for single detached homes, were up 14.5% for townhouse and row units, and were up 9.9% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
