Residential sales activity in Oakville-Milton rose in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the fourth quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 1,563 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, increasing 31.5% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 29% for single detached homes, were up 31.8% for townhouse and row units, and were up 40.9% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the fourth quarter.
Annually, residential property sales numbered 7,021 units in all of 2024. This was up 4.8% compared to the 6,699 units recorded in 2023.
