Residential sales activity in Oakville-Milton slowed in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 881 units in the second quarter of 2024, down 13.4% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales slowed 9.8% for single detached homes, were down 21.5% for townhouse and row units, and were down 11.1% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
