Residential sales activity in Oakville-Milton slowed in the second quarter of 2025 compared to the second quarter of 2024.

Residential property sales numbered 1,499 units in the second quarter of 2025, a decrease of 20.6% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Sales slowed 24.5% for single detached homes, were down 10% for townhouse and row units, and were down 30% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
