Residential sales activity in Oakville-Milton slowed in the first quarter of 2025 compared to the first quarter of 2024.

Residential property sales numbered 886 units in the first quarter of 2025, down significantly compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Sales slowed 50.1% for single detached homes, were down 35.6% for townhouse and row units, and were down 43% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
