Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 78 units in the third quarter of 2026, weakening 22% compared to the same quarter in 2025.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 154 units in the third quarter of 2026, an increase of 27.3% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
