Residential sales activity in the area served by the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 1,983 units in the first quarter of 2024, accelerating 10.5% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 6.7% for single detached homes, were up 17.1% for townhouse and row units, and were up 12.6% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
