Residential sales activity in the area served by the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® rose in the third quarter of 2025 compared to the third quarter of 2024.
Residential property sales numbered 3,216 units in the third quarter of 2025, little changed, up only 0.9% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales rose 1.5% for single detached homes, were up 1% for townhouse and row units, and were down 14.2% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
