Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in the area served by the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® rose in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 3,342 units in the second quarter of 2024, up nine sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Sales slowed 1.7% for single detached homes, were up 7.3% for townhouse and row units, and were down 3% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
