Single Detached

The median sale price for single detached homes was up 5.8% on a year-over-year basis to $449,450 in the second quarter of 2024. This was a new record for the median sale price.


Townhouse

The median sale price for townhouse and row units was up 8% on a year-over-year basis to $530,000 in the second quarter of 2024. This was a new record for the median sale price of townhouse and row units.



Apartment Units

The median sale price for apartment units edged down 3.3% on a year-over-year basis to $435,000 in the second quarter of 2024.
