Sales activity was down for non-waterfront properties and down for waterfront properties compared to year-ago levels in the first quarter of 2025.

Non-waterfront residential sales in the Lakelands region numbered 710 units in the first quarter of 2025, down significantly compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Waterfront property sales numbered 102 units in the first quarter of 2025, edging down only 2.9% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
