Sales activity was up for non-waterfront properties and up for waterfront properties compared to year-ago levels in the first quarter of 2024.
Non-waterfront residential sales in the Lakelands region numbered 840 units in the first quarter of 2024, little changed, up only 0.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Waterfront property sales numbered 145 units in the first quarter of 2024, accelerating 12.4% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
