Sales activity was down for non-waterfront properties and down for waterfront properties compared to year-ago levels in the third quarter of 2024.
Non-waterfront residential sales in the Lakelands region numbered 1,141 units in the third quarter of 2024, edging down only 2.6% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Waterfront property sales numbered 390 units in the third quarter of 2024, edging down only 1.3% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
