Sales activity was up for non-waterfront properties and up for waterfront properties compared to year-ago levels in the third quarter of 2025.

Non-waterfront residential sales in the Lakelands region numbered 1,445 units in the third quarter of 2025, accelerating 17.5% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Waterfront property sales numbered 517 units in the third quarter of 2025, accelerating 21.9% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
