Sales activity was down for non-waterfront properties and down for waterfront properties compared to year-ago levels in the second quarter of 2025.

Non-waterfront residential sales in the Lakelands region numbered 1,356 units in the second quarter of 2025, down 15.6% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Waterfront property sales numbered 394 units in the second quarter of 2025, down 9.6% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
