Non-Waterfront Residential

The median sale price for non-waterfront residential properties edged down 3.9% on a year-over-year basis to $670,000 in the second quarter of 2024.


Waterfront

The median sale price for waterfront properties edged up 1.3% on a year-over-year basis to $970,000 in the second quarter of 2024.
