Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Kingston rose in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the fourth quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 660 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, accelerating 25.2% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 22.5% in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Annually, residential property sales numbered 3,240 units in all of 2024. This was up 8.7% compared to the 2,981 units recorded in 2023.
