Residential sales activity in Kingston slowed in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 770 units in the third quarter of 2026, down 12 sales compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales rose 3.5% in the third quarter of 2026.
