Residential sales activity in Kingston slowed in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 945 units in the second quarter of 2026, down 7.4% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales slowed 4.9% in the second quarter of 2026.
