Residential sales activity in Grande Prairie slowed in the second quarter of 2023 compared to the second quarter of 2022.

Residential property sales numbered 784 units in the second quarter of 2023, down 14.2% compared to the same quarter in 2022.

Single detached home sales slowed 13.5% in the second quarter of 2023.
