Single Detached

Single detached home sales numbered 5,892 units in the second quarter of 2024, an increase of 19% compared to the same quarter in 2023.


Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 1,260 units in the second quarter of 2024, a large increase of 34.5% compared to the same quarter in 2023. This was the highest level of sales in any quarter on record.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 1,505 units in the second quarter of 2024, a large increase of 42.2% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
