Single detached home sales numbered 3,278 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, declining 11.1% from the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, single detached home sales numbered 17,262 units in all of 2025. This was down 5.7% compared to the 18,315 units recorded in 2024.

Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 717 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, declining 17.2% from the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, townhouse and row unit sales numbered 3,935 units in all of 2025. This was down 5% compared to the 4,141 units recorded in 2024.

Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 770 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, declining 18% from the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, apartment unit sales numbered 4,352 units in all of 2025. This was down 7.1% compared to the 4,684 units recorded in 2024.
