Single Detached

Single detached home sales were up from year-ago levels at the upper end of the market in the first quarter of 2021, more than offsetting declines in mid and lower price ranges.

The market for detached homes was tightest in the range $500K-$600K, where demand was strongest relative to supply.

Single detached homes in the price range above $700K spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the first quarter.


Townhouse

Townhouse unit sales were up from year-ago levels in most price ranges in the first quarter of 2021.

The market for townhouse units was tightest in the ranges below $250K, where demand was strongest relative to supply

Townhouse units in the price ranges $350K-$450K, $450K-$550K, and above $550K spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the first quarter.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales were up from year-ago levels across all price ranges in the first quarter of 2021.

The market for apartment units was tightest in the range $200K-$250K, where demand was strongest relative to supply

Apartment units in the price range above $300K spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the first quarter.
