Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 158 units in the first quarter of 2024, an increase of 20.6% compared to the same quarter in 2023.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 122 units in the first quarter of 2024, up 12 sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.
