Single detached home sales numbered 260 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, declining 14.8% from the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, single detached home sales numbered 1,252 units in all of 2025. This was down 13.7% compared to the 1,450 units recorded in 2024.

Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 107 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, weakening 20.1% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, townhouse and row unit sales numbered 526 units in all of 2025. This was down 15.6% compared to the 623 units recorded in 2024.

Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 76 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, declining 17.4% from the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, apartment unit sales numbered 391 units in all of 2025. This was down 19.9% compared to the 488 units recorded in 2024.
