Residential property sales numbered 580 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, accelerating 21.3% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 28.3% for single detached homes, were up 35.4% for townhouse and row units, and were down 1.1% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the fourth quarter.
Annually, residential property sales numbered 2,757 units in all of 2024. This was up 6.5% compared to the 2,589 units recorded in 2023.
