Residential sales activity in the Chilliwack region rose in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 677 units in the third quarter of 2024, accelerating 11% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 2.8% for single detached homes, were up 14.9% for townhouse and row units, and were up 40% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
