Residential sales activity in the Chilliwack region rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 684 units in the first quarter of 2024, accelerating 13.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 9.9% for single detached homes, were up 20.6% for townhouse and row units, and were up 10.9% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
