Residential property sales numbered 481 units in the first quarter of 2025, down significantly compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales slowed 43.5% for single detached homes, were down 26.5% for townhouse and row units, and were down 7.4% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
