Residential property sales numbered 476 units in the second quarter of 2025, down significantly compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales slowed 55.2% for single detached homes, were down 56.1% for townhouse and row units, and were down 62.5% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
