Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Saskatchewan rose in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 5,198 units in the second quarter of 2024, accelerating 10.5% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 10.1%, while sales of apartment units were up 9.2% in the second quarter of 2024.
