Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Saskatchewan rose in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the fourth quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 3,507 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, accelerating 16% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 16%, while sales of apartment units were up 18.3% in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Annually, residential property sales numbered 16,271 units in all of 2024. This was up 8.8% compared to the 14,958 units recorded in 2023.
