Single detached home sales numbered 1,602 units in the fourth quarter of 2022, down significantly compared to the same quarter in 2021.
Annually, single detached home sales numbered 8,606 units in all of 2022. This was down 19.5% compared to the 10,695 units recorded in 2021.
