Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in New Brunswick rose in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the fourth quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 2,220 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, accelerating 13.4% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 20% in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Annually, residential property sales numbered 9,460 units in all of 2024. This was up 4.2% compared to the 9,079 units recorded in 2023.
