Residential sales activity in New Brunswick slowed in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 2,601 units in the third quarter of 2026, down 6.9% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales slowed 9.8% in the third quarter of 2026.
