Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in New Brunswick rose in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 2,899 units in the second quarter of 2024, up 4.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 3.3% in the second quarter of 2024.
