Semi-detached homes in the price ranges $1M-$1.2M and $1.2M-$1.4M spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the third quarter.



Condominium townhouse

The market for condominium townhouse units was tightest in the range $1M-$1.2M, where demand was strongest relative to supply.

Condominium townhouse units in the price range above $1.4M spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the third quarter.


Condominium apartment

The market for condominium apartment units was tightest in the range below $600K, where demand was strongest relative to supply.

Condominium apartment units in the price range $1M-$1.2M spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the third quarter.
