Residential property sales numbered 1,526 units in the second quarter of 2025, down 15.3% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales slowed 21.2% for single detached homes, were down 10% for semi-detached units, were down 14.3% for condominium townhouse units, and were down 21.5% for condominium apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
