Residential sales activity in Mississauga rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 1,432 units in the first quarter of 2024, accelerating 16.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 19.3% for single detached homes, were up 36.6% for semi-detached units, were up 21.8% for condominium townhouse units, and were up 6% for condominium apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
