Residential property sales numbered 1,474 units in the third quarter of 2025, up 5.4% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales rose 6.6% for single detached homes, were up 0.5% for semi-detached units, were down 2.4% for condominium townhouse units, and were up 1.8% for condominium apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
