Residential sales activity in Mississauga rose in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the fourth quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 1,310 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, accelerating 21.3% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 18.4% for single detached homes, were up 28.1% for semi-detached units, were up 18.3% for condominium townhouse units, and were up 23.3% for condominium apartment units compared to a year earlier in the fourth quarter.
Annually, residential property sales numbered 5,942 units in all of 2024. This was up 2% compared to the 5,826 units recorded in 2023.
