Residential sales activity in Mississauga slowed in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 1,802 units in the second quarter of 2024, down 16.5% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales slowed 9% for single detached homes, were down 19.1% for semi-detached units, were down 20.5% for condominium townhouse units, and were down 19.2% for condominium apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
