Residential sales activity in Mississauga rose in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 1,398 units in the third quarter of 2024, edging up 3.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 8.3% for single detached homes, were up 20.2% for semi-detached units, were up 4.2% for condominium townhouse units, and were down 6.8% for condominium apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
