Residential sales activity in Mississauga slowed in the first quarter of 2023 compared to the first quarter of 2022.
Residential property sales numbered 1,233 units in the first quarter of 2023, down significantly compared to the same quarter in 2022.
Sales slowed 45.4% for single detached homes, were down 49.4% for semi-detached units, were down 52.3% for condominium townhouse units, and were down 51% for condominium apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
