Residential sales activity in Chatham-Kent rose in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 356 units in the third quarter of 2026, up 8.9% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales rose 11.3% in the third quarter of 2026.
