Residential sales activity in the Cornwall area rose in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 405 units in the second quarter of 2024, up 8.9% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 12.9% in the second quarter of 2024.
