Residential sales activity in the Cornwall area slowed in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 863 units in the second quarter of 2026, down 15.1% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales slowed 16.9% in the second quarter of 2026.
