Residential sales activity in the Cornwall area rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 269 units in the first quarter of 2024, accelerating 16.5% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 21.3% in the first quarter of 2024.
