Single Detached

Single detached home sales numbered 1,211 units in the second quarter of 2023, weakening 20.5% compared to the same quarter in 2022.

Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 188 units in the second quarter of 2023, an increase of 13.9% compared to the same quarter in 2022. This was the highest level of sales in any quarter on record.

Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 106 units in the second quarter of 2023, down seven sales compared to the same quarter in 2022.
