Single Detached

Single detached home sales numbered 516 units in the fourth quarter of 2022, weakening 29.3% compared to the same quarter in 2021. Annually, single detached home sales numbered 2,905 units in all of 2022. This was down 29.9% compared to the 4,143 units recorded in 2021.


Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 23 units in the fourth quarter of 2022, down 10 sales compared to the same quarter in 2021. Annually, townhouse and row unit sales numbered 243 units in all of 2022. This was down 12.9% compared to the 279 units recorded in 2021.
