Residential sales activity in Peterborough and the Kawarthas slowed in the second quarter of 2023 compared to the second quarter of 2022.

Residential property sales numbered 611 units in the second quarter of 2023, down nine sales compared to the same quarter in 2022.

Single detached home sales slowed 6% in the second quarter of 2023.
