Single detached home sales numbered 2,108 units in the second quarter of 2024, rising 4.5% compared to the same quarter in 2023.


Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 1,406 units in the second quarter of 2024, edging down only 2.3% compared to the same quarter in 2023.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 632 units in the second quarter of 2024, slowing 9.6% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
