Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in the Northern New Brunswick Region slowed in the first quarter of 2023 compared to the first quarter of 2022.

Residential property sales numbered 310 units in the first quarter of 2023, down significantly compared to the same quarter in 2022.

Single detached home sales slowed 36.5% in the first quarter of 2023.
