Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 380 units in the second quarter of 2023, rising 9.2% compared to the same quarter in 2022.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 191 units in the second quarter of 2023, declining 11.6% from the same quarter in 2022.
